Colombia Samaria Risaralda - Natural
10 NZD
Finca Samaria has been in the same family for four generations. It started in 1934 when Gerardo Escobar Mesa and his wife Enriqueta arrived in Belén de Umbria, Risaralda — a small Colombian municipality where coffee isn't just a crop, it's the entire economy. They bought a small piece of land. Over the next few decades, Gerardo acquired neighbouring farms one by one until what had been a modest plot became Finca Samaria. Eighty years later, his descendants are still farming it. ROASTED LIGHT FOR FILTER. This coffee is a natural processed coffee meaning it is higher in acidity and fruit forward with more fermentation flavours than our usual coffee.
