Originally founded as Papa Palheta in 2009 by Leon Foo, the operation was rebranded PPP Coffee in 2019 to consolidate the roastery, café, and wholesale arms under one name. PPP roasts at The Roastery on Hamilton Road and supplies coffee to dozens of Singapore cafés, hotels and offices alongside its own Tiong Bahru and One Raffles Place flagships. The Casa Vostra and Terra Firma blends are house staples, with a rotating single-origin programme spanning Latin America and East Africa.
