Reuben Hills opened on Albion Street, Surry Hills in 2012 from founders Russell Beard and Cam Henley, who travel to source coffee directly from producers in Latin America (their owned-and-operated Honduras roastery, Beneficio La Esperanza, processes some of their lots at origin). The Sydney roastery sits behind the café and supplies a tight wholesale list across NSW. Reuben Hills is known for an unusually direct supply chain.
