We are delighted to have this one back Spring 2026 – the deliciously smooth Seasonal Blend that always goes down a treat and the Salford fave that we’ve worked hard to replicate from a version you'll remember from early 2025! This Spring-time we have blended the latest (stunning) crop Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (direct to farm relationship) to the Nicaraguans, both the San Antonio and the stunning Cafetos Dipilto farms - and a touch of Brazilian Cappecca Bossa to finish. In short, a medium profile blend to evoke the best elements speciality coffee has to offer. To differentiate somewhat from our other Espresso Blends, we’ve applied our unique medium roast profile, and the results are a subtle balance of honey-nut and fruity elegance, equally adept on filter and espresso. Naturally bolder on espresso, and pairing so well with milk or Moma Oat. Expect notes of Chocolate Orange, Butterscotch and Honey, some Pecan and with a subtle acidity to finish All coffees are developed and roasted using 100% Speciality Arabica Region: Sidama, Jinotega & Santos Process: Washed & Natural selections Altitude: 1200-2100 masl Taste notes: Chocolate Orange, Butterscotch and Honey, with a subtle acidity.
