Shin Coffee was founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2015 by Nguyen Huu Long, who named the brand after his adoptive father in a nod to the Japanese word for sincerity. The company sustainably sources and roasts Vietnamese coffee, running its own Shin Farm alongside cafes aimed at introducing visiting tourists to specialty Vietnamese coffee.
