Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters was founded in 2013 by Andy Sprenger in Lakewood, Colorado. Sprenger is a two-time US Brewers Cup Champion and World Brewers Cup finalist, and Sweet Bloom has built a national reputation for cup-clean, lightly developed single origins sourced direct from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, and Honduras. The roastery and café on West Colfax Avenue houses a Loring S15 Falcon and an open public tasting bar. Sweet Bloom has appeared on Sprudge's top US roasters list multiple times.
