The Workshop Coffee opened in 2014 in a converted apartment in a 1912 building just off Ho Chi Minh City's central walking street, and is regarded as the city's first specialty coffee roaster. Co-founded by Nguyen Tuan Dung among other partners, it built its reputation on a philosophy of transparency between customer and coffee.
