Alemayehu Daniel and his eleven brothers produce this outstanding, dry-processed coffee on their family plantation in southern Ethiopia. The coffee has an intense fruitiness which allows it to shine as flat white or filter coffee. Roasted by the Swiss Roasting Champion (SCA Switzerland, 2025). For coffee freshness: Roast date is always MHD minus 9 months.
