Although this is a washed coffee, additional steps have been added to allow for optimal flavour development. These include a short aerobic fermentation in the cherry and a 96 hour anaerobic fermentation in the coffee’s mucilage before final washing and drying. These fermentation and drying steps lend the coffee a clean, fragrant and fruit-filled character. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
