A light-roasted, single-origin coffee. The coffee comes from one of the most enganged small producers coop we know in Colombia. We especially like its refreshing acidity and floral notes. 100 % Colombia, cooperative Fondo Paez, Arabica washed Cup profile: Wonderfully caramel-like, with light floral notes reminiscent of stone fruit and apple blossom, and a lovely orange acidity. Recommended for: „Pintail“ is particularly good as a pour over coffee, for a French press or a AeroPress. Ganze Bohnen: Wir verkaufen unsere Kaffees ungemahlen als ganze Bohnen, damit du den Kaffee so frisch wie möglich zubereiten kannst. Nur das Mahlen nach Bedarf ermöglicht den vollen Aromatransfer in die Tasse. Schon nach 30 Minuten an der Luft hat gemahlener Kaffee einen großen Teil seiner Aromen verloren.
