The coffee is grown and harvested at Shantawene, Sidama, Ethiopia which is known for its rich vegetation and climate and is then processed at the Buncho Station. Right now we are tasting Honeydew, Chocolate Covered Orange, and a Herbaceousness which results in a super clean cup.
