Modern: Our new standard, Modern combines bright and complex coffees that have been developed in the roast process to highlight sweetness and character. A heavy focus on floral aromatics and clean fruit tones shine through in espresso, cafe beverages, and brewing at home. Right now Modern is a blend of 70% washed Buncho (Sidama, Ethiopia) and 30% washed Malawo (Sidama, Ethiopia)
