This washed Parainema lot achieved 1st Place in the Honduras 2025 Cup of Excellence – Parainema Variety Category, showcasing the outstanding quality and distinctive character of both the producer and the variety. Processing Method Features: Only fully ripe cherries are carefully handpicked before undergoing the traditional washed process, including depulping, controlled fermentation, thorough washing, and slow drying. This meticulous approach preserves the coffee's clarity, vibrant acidity, and expressive sweetness. The cup opens with elegant jasmine florals, followed by juicy mandarin orange and raspberry notes.
