A unique decaf with notes of orange, clover and dark chocolate. This coffee is produced by two coffee growers' cooperatives that bring together more than 240 families in the community of NASA WESX, in the Planadas and Gaitania areas. This coffee has been decaffeinated at the Decaf factory in Manizales, Colombia, using the Sugar Cane Decaf process. This decaffeination process consists of extracting the caffeine using ethyl acetate, which comes from sugar cane. Good to know: the coffee is certified organic before it is decaffeinated. However, the sugar cane used to produce the ethyl acetate is not certified organic. Belco (the importer) has carried out laboratory tests and found no trace of pesticides. 250g pack Espresso Recipe 18-19g coffee (finely ground) brew time 28 seconds 38-42ml espresso Filter Recipe 6.5 grams (coarsely ground) coffee per 100ml water brew time 2.5-3.5 minutes
