This is an omniroast: as a filter coffee it is balanced, round and sweet and as an espresso it is a light roast in which the acidity and the variety of aromas are underlined. This coffee impresses with its elegance and is by far the best that we had from the Shilicho cooperative so far. The intensive cooperation during quality workshops over the last few years has paid off and we now have an outstanding coffee. 100 % Ethiopia, Shilicho cooperative, washed arabica Cup profile: Notes of earl grey, bergamot and lime. Very sweet with lots of toffee and caramel. Outstanding, silky mouthfeel. Recommended for: The Ostrich is an all-rounder and works well as a pour over, AeroPress, Chemex or the Karlsbad coffee maker. If you like a bright espresso as well you can use it in an espresso machine. Ganze Bohnen: Wir verkaufen unsere Kaffees ungemahlen als ganze Bohnen, damit du den Kaffee so frisch wie möglich zubereiten kannst. Nur das Mahlen nach Bedarf ermöglicht den vollen Aromatransfer in die Tasse. Schon nach 30 Minuten an der Luft hat gemahlener Kaffee einen großen Teil seiner Aromen verloren.
