Our Miramar lot is from an association of 15 to 20 small farmers living in the town of Guadalupe Miramar. Their mission is to rise above subsistence by producing very high quality, traditional-variety coffees for which Oaxaca is renowned. Taste notes of dark chocolate tinged with vanilla and lightly illuminated with a dash of guava.
